Hope Outreach Center:

Staffed by members of Hope and the community, the Outreach Center provides food, clothing and assistance to the poor and needy in the community.  We have special projects  at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Also, we distribute food received from Harvest Hope Food Bank and the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. The Center is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 A.M.– Noon.

  OUTREACH NEWS

Hope Outreach Center is in the middle of many exciting activities.  The Outreach Center provided Thanksgiving Baskets to over 100 families on Monday, November 24.  Special thanks goes to Piggly Wiggly in Santee. Mr. Heath, manager, and his staff have truly been a blessing to Hope. They have provided food at a very reasonable price and freezer space when needed for outreach.  When you are in the Pig in Santee, say thanks to Mr. Heath for his support. 

Also, the Angel Tree will be distributed December 18.   This year over 170 children will receive special Christmas gifts through this project.  The Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, Eutawville; St. Luke’s Lutheran, Summerville; Resurrection Lutheran, Cameron; Holly Hill United Methodist; St. John’s Christian School, Moncks Corner; are some of the groups and congregations involved in this project.
